SHIPPING POLICY

At Project Paw Print, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in Australia, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 16 business days.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While delays may occur due to factors outside our control, we will always work with you to investigate and resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders within Australia qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement. The free shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package directly on the carrier's website or via our Track My Order page.

Delivery Issues

Lost or delayed packages: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or a lost package, please contact our customer service team at support@theprojectpawprint.com as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Missing or incorrect items: If your order arrives but an item is missing or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at support@theprojectpawprint.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your case promptly and, where confirmed, arrange to send the missing item or correct the error at no additional cost to you. Please do not return any items before contacting us first.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order or have received a faulty or incorrect item, please refer to our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
